I've been taking my truck to El Cajon Tire Pros for a few years now after being referred by a former coworker, and they've been great to work with ever since. As a woman, I really appreciate their honesty, customer service, and quality workmanship. They take the time to explain things clearly, are fair in their recommendations, and have always done a great job on my older Ford F-250 diesel. It's hard to find a shop you can trust, and they've definitely earned mine. Highly recommend.

I trust my reputable AAA Insurance who referred me to Tire Pros. My initial visit was pleasant. Under the circumstances having car troubles which is always stressful. The young lady at counter Miss Kelly who is the consultant was very thorough in explaining to me the process of the service I was getting. Which I appreciate. I went a second time for the same issue I was having on my car. The starter broke again. Kelly informed me that I was under warranty and that Tire Pros would replace the part at no charge. I was relieved to know this. At this time they examined the vehicle thoroughly. Which was the flywheel causing the problem, causing the starter to brake. Miss Kelly who informed me of this, explained to me in detail with pictures and all. Her knowledge was welcomed for I now knew what I was dealing with exactly. Work done. Took my car home. The next day I drove my car and after I parked, it wouldn't start again. So I called Tire Pros to communicate this. Tire Pros sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle at my residence at their expense. Replaced the battery which was the problem. At no charge to me. Why? Because they the staff advised me that the technician who worked on my vehicle should have tested all of the above. I was more than impressed. It's not usual for Mechanic Shops to do this. As most know Shops don't admit wrong doing. Or mistakes made. I was super elated. Then I get email about Tire Pros providing service of Car Fax. Which I looked at the history of my vehicle for the first time since I've had it. WOW 😳 What a great service. Also I took my 4RUNNER for a smog check. The prices for Smogs are way less than other places. They have it in writing. No shenanigans like other shops I've been to. Some shops charge according to the way one looks. Fact. I've experienced it. I find Tire Pros to be Honest with integrity. I thank the Young guy at the front. (Forgot his name) For being attentive with my case. And Miss Kelly. I seen that they discussed and determined the outcome. Thank you Tire Pros. Your Customer.
